Overall yes, however in regards to the new M & O building, the original plan was not completed which had an administration building, restrooms, break room and conference room. Having these in close proximity to the shops would improve effeciencies and provide a sense of unity to the department. Also it should be noted that the current alloted budget will not allow all projects needed under security to be completed.
Continue to utilize existing tools such as CMMS work order system, campus radios, and new M & O shops. Additional funding should be requested for the Security / Landscape project so that all safety and security projects can be completed. In addition any future planning should consider the Administration building site located at the M & O building which has already been designed, should be funded for construction.

No - In regards to M & O staffing levels, we are currently still at or below the numbers listed in 2015-2016. It should be noted that administration is more agreeable to backfill of positions now that we are at critical levels.
Yes - If funding can be obtained, the positions can be filled, however due to the current budget crisis this appears unlikely.
In order to have all vacant positions filled, determine a priority list so that the action plan can begin to be ramped up, for example if just 3 permenant positions per year were approved, then in approximately 5 years our staffing levels would reach a satisfactory level on the APPA and Maintenance guidelines.
