Goal: Improve usability and sustainability of website
Project components: Reorganize major access pages, identify and operationalize collaboration applications (e.g. list management, document sharing, database management)
Outcome: Increased usage, transparency, accessibility and documentation of college processes
Participants: Web, IT, TLC, SOD, Graphics/Publications, IE Changes: Reorganize by strategic plan/institutional priorities, automate processes
Evaluation: Usability analysis, usage statistics, user surveys

"For Students" landing page redesigned, launched
Validation process with management team begun

Met with P.A. to discuss web update plan.
"Faculty/Staff" page updated - version 1 created for feedback.
President's website updated, moved to OmniUpdate - pending approval.
Receiving feedback from various constituencies, including student services.
